Penerapan Media Ppt Interaktif Berbasis Tutorial Based Computer Untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Siswa Kelas Iii Mata Pelajaran Matematika Materi Bangun Datar

Abstract

 This study aims to increase student activity with the application of interactive PPT media based on computer-based tutorial in mathematics subject with flat shapes for third grade students at SDN Pakong 5. This research is motivated by the low activity of students in the school. The type of research used is clasroom action research. The classroom action research model used is the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model, which is in the form of a spiral from one cycle to the next. According to Kemmis & Mc Taggart there are several stages in this research, namely (1)Planning (2) implementation (3) observasion (4) reflection. The research was conducted at SDN Pakong 5, in Pakong sub-district, Pamekasan district on April 16, 2022. The subject or sampel in the study consisted of five third grade student, with 3 male student and 2 female students, one class teacher or homeroom teacher and the research was carried out in the first cycle. Data collection techniques with interview, observations, and questionnaires. The tools or instruments used are observasion sheets for student and teachers, as well as a questionnaire sheet using a likert scale. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative using the percentage technique.and the determined success criteria is the score exceeds >75%. The results show that in the pre-cycle student activity is low below 75% for each indicator, after the first cycle, student activity exceeds 75% of each indicator, namely student enthusiasm in participating in learning 85%, student interaction with teachers 83%, group cooperation 80%, student activity in group 80%, student participation concludes the discussion results 76%, with an average overal average 80%. Therefore, with the application of computer based tutorial-based interactive PPT media, it can increase student activity in learning mathematics on flat-shaped material.
