Inovasi Pengolahan Susu Kambing Menjadi Cemilan Susu Goreng Menggunakan Media Pemasaran Facebook Desa Pancakarsa Kecamatan Taluditi Kabupaten Pohuwato

Pancakarsa village is a village that is partly a fertile plain area, making the majority of its fresidents’ livelihoods as farmers and livestock breeders, including beef cattle, dairy cattle and dairy goats, due to the success of dairy goat cultivation in pancakarsa village, it is necessary to manage goat milk into an innovation in processing goat milk into fried milk snacks. The goat milk processing innovation activity was carried out in three stages: preoaration for counseling, training, and continued with practice. This activity was sttended by 25 participats consisting of PKK mothers. The activity was held on September 8 – 9, 2025, at the Pancakarsa Village Hall, Taluditi District, Pohuwato Regency. The results of this activity showed that the comminity had a high level of enthusiasm and interest in innovation in milk processing products and digital marketing through the facebook platform. This training succeded in providing an understanding of innovation in processing goat milk into value-added processed products and effective ways to market products through social media with help of the Facebook Marketplace social media platform.
