The development of digital technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), has brought significant changes to the world of education. Teachers are required not only to master pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies, but also to be able to adapt to rapid digital transformation. In Kepahiang Regency, this challenge has become increasingly apparent due to the varying levels of digital literacy among teachers and the limitations of educational organization management in optimizing the use of technology. Educational organization management plays a strategic role in encouraging the development of inspiring professional teachers through policies, planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising digital-based programs. The use of AI in learning has the potential to improve the quality of learning planning, personalization of materials, learning evaluation, and teacher work efficiency. However, without focused management, the use of AI risks being suboptimal and even creating competency gaps. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen educational organization management that is oriented towards digitalization, increasing teacher capacity, and providing ongoing assistance in the use of AI. These efforts are expected to develop professional teachers who are not only academically competent but also inspiring, innovative, and relevant to the needs of students in the digital era.
