Abstract

This research discussed about natural disinfectant from betel leaf with cloves and cinnamons fragrance. This research aimed to knowing: 1) disinfectant from betel leaf manufacturing process, 2) the feasibility testing result of disinfectant from betel leaf and 3) the influence of adding cloves and cinnamons fragrance. Research method that used was experiment. The population was betel leaf and the sample was betel leaf in Bening Village, District Gondang, Mojokerto. The technique used simple random sampling. The result of stability test shown the natural aromatic disinfectant was constant from the color, texture and pH. The anti-irritation test shown the natural aromatic disinfectant was not reacted.  The micro bacterial tested shown the growth of microorganisms in a medium tends to be more in places that do not use natural aromatherapy disinfectant. Consumer preference test results show that aromatherapy natural disinfectants tend to be preferred by the public.
