Peer Reviewer Process/ Policy

All articles submitted to CITRA should follow the scope of Journal and journal author guidelines. The submitted articles were double-blind reviewed by the expert scientific reviewers. The reviewers will give specific comments on the manuscript contents. The decision of manuscript acceptance is based on the consideration from Reviewers comments. The Editors will make the final decision on manuscript acceptance based on the comments of the reviewers.

Articles submitted to CITRA should be free form Plagiarism or Autoplagiarsm. The similarity of the articles is checked by a Turnitin plagiarism detection software.  

All reviewing process are in double-blind review and managed by editor in the OJS.

Articles are evaluated on the criteria outlined below.

The appropriateness or fit for the mission of the basic education.
The significance in contributing new knowledge (advancing a field of study, or providing best practices or lessons-learned);
The rigor and appropriateness of the scholarship; and
The readability and flow of the information and ideas presented.
Additional criteria based on the following manuscript types: as a research article, as a reflective essay; as a project with promise article; as a dissertation abstract; or as a book review.
