Abstract

The community service program with a service learning approach is carried out to empower women through digital marketing-based ecoprint training. This activity aims to improve production skills while expanding access to marketing local products by utilizing digital media. The method used involves students as facilitators as well as companions, starting from identifying needs, technical training in making ecoprints, to marketing assistance through social media and marketplaces. The results of the activity show an increase in the skills of women artisans in producing ecoprint products with a variety of motifs and better quality. In addition, they are starting to be able to utilize digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, and Tokopedia as a means of promotion and sales. The impact is not only in the form of an increase in the economy, but also a growth in confidence, independence, and the spirit of cooperation between members. For students, this program is a real means of learning that hones social, communication, and leadership skills. Thus, the application of the service learning method has proven to be effective in connecting academic learning with community empowerment, and has the potential to provide sustainable benefits for women ecoprint artisans.
