Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Insan Cendekia: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan applies an Article Processing Charges (APCs) to support the editorial and publication process. As an open-access journal, these fees cover the operational costs associated with managing peer reviews, copyediting, layout editing, DOI assignment, digital archiving, and maintaining unrestricted open access to the full text of published articles.

Publication Fees

  • Article Submission: IDR 0.00 (Free)

  • Article Publication Fee: IDR 200,000.00

Payment Policy

Authors are required to pay the publication fee only after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication. No fees are charged for rejected manuscripts or during the initial submission and screening process. Please note that accepted manuscripts will not proceed to the final production, typesetting, and online publication stage until the payment has been completed.

Waiver Policy

Insan Cendekia may consider requests for a partial fee waiver or discount for undergraduate students, authors who demonstrate genuine financial hardship, or for high-quality papers that align significantly with the journal's strategic focus. Waiver requests must be submitted to the Editorial Board during the initial submission phase and are subject to official approval.
